Mochabear - Balance Druid.
« on: December 20, 2009, 01:23:38 AM »
My name is Nick, I'm 21 and I live in Brighton. I've been playing wow almost 4 years. I finished university at Manchester this year where I was studying Biology. Working full time at the moment but enjoy raiding in the evenings. I would like to apply on my druid Mochabear as Balance (Although I do have resto gear too) http://armory.wow-europe.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Spinebreaker&n=Mochabear. I would like to apply because I have raided with a couple of guys from the guild before and want to do it again. Took a little break when my old guild pulp faction fell appart and came back just before 3.3. I've cleared all wotlk raid content pre 3.3 bar yogg, and the first 2 bosses of ICC. I gather having a hot (legal) sister is advantageous, unfortunately I'm an only child :P

(ps some of you might know me as Ikth)

Hello Nick and welcome.  :)

The sister part is a shame, the boomkin looks good on the other hand. Not cheap on the gems and enchants is always nice to see.
What do you look for in a guild?
Why do you think Athanor is the place for you?

Good luck with your application.

Depends what you mean by cheap, epic gems only cost me some honor and I get Kay or Sub to cut them :P

I like guilds that are friendly, have a laugh in guild chat and on vent. Casual but know how to play when they actually get into a raid. I've been in hardcore raiding guilds before which was fine for a while but ends up making raiding a bit of a chore. More often than not I want to raid but I don't want to be made to feel bad when I can't make it.

But yeah, everyone in the guild seems really nice and I've been thinking of applying for a while, now seemed like a good a time as any. I had a read of a couple of other posts before applying, it took me most of today to write my humble application.

I have played with Mochabear a few times before, he is a decent player and a nice guy :)

Wintermute - lvl85 Resto/Moonkin Druid || Neuromancer - lvl80 Blood/Unholy DK || Sprawl - lvl76 Bm Hunter

What is the difference between you and a mallard with a cold? One's a sick duck..... I can't remember how it ends, but your mothers a whore!

I've played with him before and he's a really nice guy, not to mention a good player. He has my vote!

Good luck Mocha :)

Yeah I was having a mess around with my spec, don't normally have any points in genesis, not sure I can live without the threat reduction tho.
